Will Kentucky Speedway Stay on the Nascar Racing Schedule |

Jerry Carrol, who until next Monday owned Kentucky Speedway has had some choice words to say about the Nascar racing schedule. Back in 2005, Carrol filed a lawsuit against Nascar for antitrust violations. Those allegations never came to be and the case was dropped. This spurred him to put Kentucky Speedway up for sale. Speedway Motorsports Inc. decided to buy it for 78 million dollars. Next Monday, August 18, the deal will be finalized,
After many questions and interviews, the new owners have not said when or if the Nascar racing schedule will come to Kentucky this season. I expect that the Sprint Cup series will come but there is no definite word yet.
The sales process is not finalized so there is a chance Carrol will stay the owner. In that scenario the Nascar racing schedule will come to Kentucky before the end of the season. In all likelihood though we will see Nascar auto racing supplies coming to Kentucky Speedway sometime in the near future. My question is how does one person make enough money to buy a racetrack?
